Samantha is running track

this year. Her first meet was yesterday against Lakeridge Junior high. She ran the 1600 (1 mile) in 6.21 and came in 3rd, and also got 3rd in the 800 (1/2 mile), though I didn't get her time for that. She also ran the 4 x 400 relay. They got 2nd. It seemed like her school won most everything so I'm assuming they won the meet, but I never heard the results. It was freezing cold so we definitely need to be better prepared next time.
